Breakfasts and lunches are often served buffet-style, with individually prepared items available, and feature Continental and American preparations, along with local and regional specialties. Dinners, including themed meals, are served in an open, single seating.
Entertainment features local musicians and other performers, as well as lectures, demonstartions and themed evenings.
