Each Carnival ship features at least three swimming pools, a full gambling casino, "Nautica Spa" health and fitness facility, and "Camp Carnival," a complimentary fleetwide children's program hosting over 500,000 kids a year.

Carnival Cruises Accommodations
Carnival staterooms are large with an average size of 185 square feet. They offer affordable balconies, complimentary amenity baskets in each room, and, upon request, bathrobes in all staterooms for use for the length of the cruise. Other standard items are: safety deposit box, ample drawer and closet space, telephone, color television with first-run movies featured daily, 110 AC current, complimentary toiletries, personal attention, Carnival’s Comfort Bed sleep system, and nightly turndown service.
Guests on Carnival Cruises can also expect:
• 24-hour Internet Cafés on all “Fun Ships,” where guests have the option of paying for a block of time at the beginning of their cruise or using their Sail & Sign card.
• Beach towels for use ashore.
• ATMs on all ships.
• Interactive TVs in staterooms that allow guests to order shore excursions, pay-per-view movies, and room service. Guests can also view their Sail & Sign account through the system.
•Carnival’s Comfort Bed sleep system featuring plush mattresses, luxurious duvets, high quality linens, and comfortable pillows, including a “suite pillow” menu for guests in suite accommodations.
Meals, except those purchased in the supper club and patisserie, are included in the price of the cruise and dining is a highlight of a “Fun Ship” vacation. Dining time and dining companions can be requested at the time of booking the cruise, however no requests are guaranteed.
In addition to revamped menus and expanded wine lists, four dinner times (5:45 p.m.; 6:15 p.m.; 8 p.m.; and 8:30 p.m) are offered on “Fun Ship” cruises (except for Spirit Class which has two dining times). Other dining possibilities include the casual Seaview Bistro dinner buffets, 24-hour pizzerias, Carnival’s legendary midnight buffet, and 24-hour complimentary room service. Spirit and Conquest Class ships also have reservations-only Supper Clubs for a more elegant dining experience. There is a separate menu for the wine bars, including champagne and caviar. Activities & Entertainment
The choice of relaxing pastimes and fun activities is endless. When the sun goes down, exciting options abound. Carnival “Fun Ships” feature spectacular stage shows, top-notch performers, a wide variety of musical entertainment and lounges, and a sing-along piano bar. Evening options have become more varied, with dazzling revues featuring high-tech video projections, lasers, pyrotechnics, and elaborate sets and costumes presented in multi-decked show lounges, some of which can accommodate up to 1,500 guests.
Carnival organizes a host of events to entertain, bring guests together, and help them loosen up and join the festival. There's the Captain's Welcome Aboard Cocktail Party — usually held on embarkation day, this one-hour welcome aboard party introduces the captain, cruise director, and social hosts and after the party guests proceed to a dinner that features lobster; the Captain’s Gala Dinner; destination briefings—the cruise director briefs guests each day prior to arrival about the next port of call and the activities offered and pool games—dozens of daily fun activities organized around the pool.
Aside from exciting events and entertainment, a whole host of other shipboard facilities are available to keep everyone entertained.
