Carnival Dream is 130,000 tons with 3,646-passenger capacity. Carnival Dream is the most innovative floating resort in their "Fun Ship" fleet.
The Carnival Dream is a beautiful ship with a more traditional streamlined design.
Features include the largest spa Carnival has ever built (23,750-square-foot), "scenic whirlpools" that extend over the ship’s beam, Ocean Plaza which is a new indoor/outdoor entertainment area, and a water park with the largest waterslide at sea. Another great feature is the Seaside Theater a huge open-air screen that entertains day & night.
Carnival Dream has a new area called The Lanai - a wrap-around promenade that encircles the ship. Another unique feature on this ship is the cove balcony cabins. Cove Balcony cabins are a new stateroom category located closer to the waterline than other balcony cabins. For families this ship will offer deluxe ocean view staterooms that have five berths and two bathrooms.
Featuring an expansive children’s areas divided by age groups. Camp Carnival is offered for ages 2-11, Circle C is ages 12-14 and Club O2 is ages 15-17.

Carnival Dream is the length of about three football fields and more than half of her staterooms are ocean view and most of those offer private balconies. The smallest cabin on Carnival Dream is the 185-square-foot interior stateroom. This is larger than most other cruise lines interior cabins.

Carnival Dream Itinerary
Following a nine-day repositioning cruise to Port Canaveral, Fla. the ship will launch year-round seven-day Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral beginning Dec. 12, 2009. Western Caribbean cruises visit Cozumel, Roatan Island in Honduras, Belize and Costa Maya. Eastern Caribbean cruises visit Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten.
